Sara Makovec is a Senior Associate who advises domestic and foreign clients primarily in the fields of commercial and corporate law as well as in the field of intellectual property law. Her work includes also advisory services within the framework of M&A procedures. After completing her studies in Slovenia, she obtained an LL.M. at Bucerius Law School, where she specialised in the field of corporate law, finance and corporate governance.
