Sarah Atkinson is an associate in Bradley’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. Sarah assists financial institutions with all types of regulatory compliance-related matters. She has experience helping clients ensure their operations comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. She advises clients on compliance matters related to a host of federal and state regulations, including TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and the FDCPA. As part of her practice, Sarah also provides assistance in navigating all stages of examinations and investigations conducted by federal and state regulators.

Sarah received her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was managing editor of the Alabama Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board and coach of the Andrews ABA Moot Court Team. While in law school, she also served as a member of both the Children’s Rights and Mediation Legal Clinics. Sarah earned a B.A. in Communication from Auburn University.
