Sawita is a senior attorney on the corporate team. She focuses on capital markets and securities, corporate governance and board advisory.

Sawita has almost 10 years of experience in advising clients on capital markets and securities legal matters in Thailand. Her work has assisted many clients in diverse industries including property developers, food processors and airlines, and she has counseled in relation to initial public offerings on domestic and international markets under Rule 144A/Regulation S, the Rules and Regulations of the SGX-ST and Singapore Code of Corporate Governance 2012 as well as those required by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

Sawita is also experienced in the very first deal conducted under the new Securities and Exchange Commission rules of Thailand governing the offering of shares to private placement and she also assisted the third Thai holding company listed on the SET to raise funds domestically in order to finance its business expansion in a foreign country. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior associate in a respected law firm in Thailand for more than six years and before that she served as a manager at the Thai Listed Companies Association, the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
