Diligent pursuit of effective patent strategies

Scott Nolan brings specialized, personable and efficient service to clients in the chemistry and life science fields. His practice includes patent prosecution, portfolio management, counseling, due diligence and freedom-to-operate. Scott also handles patent prosecution and management on an international level by collaborating with foreign counsel in global intellectual property (IP) hotspots. His other experience includes:

Prior to joining the firm, Scott gained research experience using top-down proteomics to study two metastatic colorectal cancer cell lines (SW480 and SW620). He is also able to shape effective patent strategies in a variety of complex subject matter areas by closely listening to client goals.
