Sean is an associate in Carey Olsen's dispute resolution and insolvency team based in the British Virgin Islands.

Sean advises on all aspects of commercial litigation, with a broad practice including fraud and asset tracing, trust and corporate disputes and insolvency proceedings.

Sean has experience handling claims before the High Court and Business & Property Courts in England and assists the team on cases before the BVI Commercial and appellate courts. Sean has extensive experience advising clients on shareholder and boardroom disputes and in obtaining injunctive relief where he routinely acts for a variety of clients across a diverse range of sectors.

Sean studied law at Queen's University Belfast. He was admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2018 and England and Wales in 2019.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Sean practised at a top tier litigation team in a well-regarded commercial firm in Manchester.
