Sebastian Briceno is an associate in the banking and financial area. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, project financing and corporate and commercial law.

He advises domestic and foreign companies in the structuring and negotiation of mergers & acquisitions, corporate financing transactions, business reorganization and due diligence processes. Also in the design of appropriate legal structures for the establishment and development of businesses in Peru.

He also provides advice on domestic and foreign companies in contractual, civil, commercial and corporate matters.

He has been assistant professor of the Corporate Law course at Universidad del Pacifico.
