Sebastian Velarde Ferreyros specializes in public services regulation, infrastructure and concessions, energy, elimination of bureaucratic barriers, antitrust and merger control.

He provides advisory related to legal and regulatory compliance in energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, antitrust, among others.

He also counsels on administrative sanctioning procedures, and private investment procedures on public services and infrastructure for public use.

Sebastian has been assistant professor of Administrative Law II at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and member of the Board of Directors of Themis Civil Association (2017).
