Mr. Hershkovitz is an associate in FBC’s Litigation Department. His practice concentrates on commercial disputes.

Mr. Hershkovitz counsels private and public companies, particularly on complex disputes relating to contract law, corporate law and commercial law.

Mr. Hershkovitz represents clients before various Israeli courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Hershkovitz served as a Legislative Analyst in the Office of Congressional Affairs of the Embassy of Israel, in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Hershkovitz is a certified Mediator.
