Shane is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in the Belfast office.

Shane advises on all aspects of commercial litigation. In particular, he regularly advises on a variety of complex and high value contract and professional liability disputes and judicial reviews. He also has expertise in insolvency, property litigation, and financial services disputes. 

Shane has extensive experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution including arbitration, mediation and adjudication.

Shane graduated from University of Ulster with a First Class Honours, winning the ‘No Alibis’ prize for the highest mark in the Law of Evidence module, before graduating with a Distinction from the IPLS, having been awarded the ‘Owen Catchpole Prize’ for advocacy in the Solicitor Advocacy Module.
