At Delphi Simon's emphasis is on dispute resolution, but Simon also support in negotiating and drafting contracts. Simon's involvement in dispute resolution most often concern arbitration, but the option of alternative forms such as mediation is always considered. Court litigation is sometimes the necessary alternative. In relation to court litigation Simon have twice brought cases before the Swedish Supreme Court (ref. NJA 2014 s. 473 and NJA 2010 s. 54).
