I joined Springboard in 2012 to bring my 15 years experience of all aspects of the corporate finance market to the team. I joined because I was impressed with the quality and professionalism of Springboard. I am passionate about working with great owner managers ; entrepreneurs and business leaders. Understanding growth businesses and the aspirations of their managers has been at the core of my career. Whether I am fundraising; helping an MBO team to buy their business or an owner manager to realise their life's work I get the same buzz from building long term business relationships.

I qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in the East Midlands and quickly joined their corporate finance team. I then gained valuable banking experience with RBS lending into MBO's and corporate transactions before joining Catalyst Corporate Finance to help them establish a Birmingham office. I have spent the last 10 years of my career in private equity working for ISIS Equity Partners and latterly EV Group. My role in private equity involved the sourcing and delivery of management buy-outs and replacement capital transactions. I then worked at a board level with the investee through to exit. I believe I am uniquely experienced to understand the position of all stakeholders in a deal and can deliver professional, pragmatic solutions for my clients.
