Simran represents lenders and borrowers in a range of debt financing and commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes asset based lending, syndicated finance, acquisition financing, construction loans, revolving credit facilities, and term loan facilities.

Simran is committed to pro bono work, with a focus on matters related to immigration, real estate, and bankruptcy. She has worked with non-profits such as the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and Georgia Appleseed.
