Sisanda Boya is a Trainee Associate at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice. 

Sisanda specialises in energy related projects as well as project and infrastructure finance.

Her experience includes advising on energy, infrastructure and finance matters, drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements, opinion work and due diligence matters.

In addition, Sisanda is also experienced in corporate commercial law and has been involved in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial documentation including shareholders’ agreements, sale of shares and share subscription agreements, memoranda of incorporation, as well as preparing due diligence reports.
