Paralegal

Sonia Guérin has been a paralegal since 1996 and is a member of the Corporate Services group, where she works in various fields of business law.

Ms. Guérin assists the firm’s corporate lawyers and helps prepare legal documents required for various business operations and transactions. She is also involved in the incorporation and organization of companies, extensions, continuances, mergers, dissolutions, the extra-provincial registration of corporations, and changes to their status. She also reviews corporate status and updates minute books and corporate records.

Ms. Guérin has developed expertise in incorporating non-profit corporations at both the federal and provincial levels.
