Profile

Sophie Püschel-Arnold is counsel in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She advises and represents national and international clients before state courts and arbitral tribunals in all aspects of commercial law. Her main focus is on corporate law litigation, such as post-M&A and shareholder disputes, where she has gained extensive experience and regularly provides pre-litigation advise to shareholders and corporations.

Born in 1982, Sophie Püschel-Arnold studied at the University of Zurich (lic. iur. 2010) and as visiting student at the Amercian University in Cairo (AUC). Before joining Walder Wyss, she worked as a law clerk at the district court of Horgen and in a middle-sized law firm in Zurich with a focus on private and public commercial law. She was admitted to the bar in 2014.

Sophie Püschel-Arnold"s professional languages are German and English. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
