Stefan Artner has been a partner at DORDA since 2000 and heads the firm's real estate law team. He is also a member of DORDA's Construction Group and Legal Tech Group. Stefan specialises in real estate M&A, residential and contract law, tenancy and condominium law, property development (BTVG contracts) and hotel projects. In 2016 he received the real estate award Cäsar® for best real estate advisory services in Austria.

Stefan is the initiator, founder and board member of the Legal Tech Hub Vienna.

In addition, Stefan is the editor and author of several expert publications on real estate law and corporate law. He also regularly lectures at the University of Vienna and the Danube University Krems and holds specialist seminars on real estate law and due diligence.
