Stefan Chacon represents clients in matters involving health care fraud and abuse, qui-tam actions, compliance, government investigations, licensure, and commercial and civil litigation. He has successfully advised and counseled various clientele, including hospitals, nursing homes, Federally Qualified Health Centers, family medical practices, and dental offices.

In addition to his strong health care practice, Stefan maintains an active commercial litigation practice. He is adept in guiding clients through disputes ranging in size that involve contracts, business torts, government investigations, employment, and corporate governance.

Prior to practicing law, Stefan served in the Peace Corps in Ecuador, where he worked in small business development and microfinance. This experience plays into his legal career as he is detail-oriented, resourceful, efficient, and constructs creative strategies for his clients.
