Profile

Stefanie Mühlebach is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She advises clients in commercial disputes and represents parties before state courts as well as in enforcement proceedings and legal assistance matters. She specializes in corporate and regulatory investigations.

Stefanie Mühlebach studied at the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG in Law and Economics 2018). During her studies, she worked for a lawyer as a legal assistant and several years as a client advisor for a bank. Before joining Walder Wyss as an associate, she gained working experience as a trainee lawyer at Walder Wyss and at a District Court in the Canton of Lucerne. In 2023, she completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Cyber Investigation & Digital Forensics at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – computer science.

Stefanie Mühlebach's professional languages are German and English. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice before all Swiss courts.
