Profile

Stephen Moulton is a persuasive litigator who has experience handling complex criminal matters. He has a proven track record of working with investigators, opposing counsel, and the courts to diligently evaluate and resolve cases fairly and efficiently.

Prior to joining Bradley, Stephen was a federal prosecutor, first as a trial attorney in the Tax Division in Washington, D.C., and as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Middle District of Alabama. His federal practice was focused on complex white collar and financial crimes, and he has litigated cases in federal district courts throughout the U.S. He has worked with a number of federal investigative agencies, such as the FBI, IRS, ATF, HSI, Secret Service, DCIS, and DEA. At Bradley, he utilizes this depth of experience to help clients negotiate the complexities and challenges of government investigations and criminal prosecutions.
