• Acted for the Queensland-based originators of two global touring exhibitions: ‘Exhibitionism: The Rolling Stones’ and ‘Real Madrid World of Football, Come Play!’
• Acted for Hofco Oilfield Services in the $21.7m sale of shares to ASX listed Titan Energy Services
• Acted for Billabong (GSM) in the formation of the Surfstitch Europe joint venture
• Advised LifeFlight Australia on the purchase and finance of 3 x AW139 helicopters from Augusta Westland
