Senior Associate

Taïna is a member of th Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.

She completed her law studies at Université de Sherbrooke and practises primarily in the areas of insurance law and professional and civil liability. Before joining the Lavery team, Ms. Bouchard worked in the legal departments of two major insurance companies, where she had the opportunity to defend their interests before the various civil courts of Quebec. Over the years, Ms. Bouchard developed sound expertise in subrogation remedies in the field of hydraulics involving Quebec cities and municipalities.

A native of Lac-Saint-Jean, Ms. Bouchard also worked in a private firm there, where she successfully defended the interests of her clients, whether as plaintiffs or defendants.
