Tantigar’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and board advisory, and tax.

Tantigar is an associate in the Bangkok office. Her practice focuses on corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. She has substantial experience in the restructuring of the shareholding structure, also debt and capital structures, for both public listed companies and private companies in order to enhance tax efficiency. Recently, Tantigar successfully rebutted the Revenue Department in a challenge relating to the Special Business Tax exemption of an entire business transfer, which was a cash transaction.

Prior to joining the firm, Tantigar worked as a senior associate at a respected law firm specialized in tax in Bangkok.

• Represented Viddayakorn Family, the co-founder of BDMS Pcl., in selling entire shares of V Brilliant Group Holdings Co., Ltd., to Principal Capital Pcl., for the transaction value of THB 5.6 Billion.
• Represented a well-known listed company in real estate industry in selling land and building to Carlton Bangkok Investment Pte. Ltd., for the transaction value of THB 2.4 Billion.
• Represented Sena Development Pcl., in four joint venture arrangements with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corps, a leading real estate company in Japan.
• Assisted a well-known group company in sugarcane industry in debt and capital restructuring, also shareholder restructuring to enhance the possibility to be listed in the Strock Exchange of Thailand, with the transaction value of THB 1.1 Billion.
• Represented a healthcare company operating a leading hospital in Bangna area in the entire business transfer transaction for the total value of THB 900 Million.
• Represented Sigma Accounting and Tax Service Co., Ltd., in transferring its entire business to Humanica Pcl., for the transaction value of THB 28.6 Million.
• Represented the owner of a well-known cosmetic company in selling the major shares to a leading international private equity firm for the transaction value of THB 500 Million.
• Represented a well-known asset management company in acquiring a major stake in healthcare company for the transaction value of THB 400 Million.
• Assisted a well-known group company in real estate agent industry in structuring its business transaction for tax purpose.
