Tarannum is qualified to practice as an advocate in Bangladesh and is enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council. She has significant experience in banking and finance matters, including regulatory compliance issues for banks and NBFIs, Money Loan Court Act matters, and land mortgage and land related issues. Tarannum has expertise in credit documentation and regular banking practice and she regularly works on loan transactions including loan agreements, hire purchase agreements, creation and perfection of security documentation. She has also undertaken litigation work related to the Money Loan Court Act and other banking related matters.
