Terhi heads our Public Procurement practice. She also provides counsel on regulatory, state aid and European law issues. She has extensive experience in advising suppliers and contractors in all aspects of public procurement in a broad range of industries/businesses. Terhi advises our clients throughout procurement processes and court proceedings. In addition, Terhi's focus areas include advising on information technology, energy and infrastructure projects.
