Profile
I have 15+ years' experience in all facets of public liability claims (including multi-party disputes, catastrophic claims, recovery claims, defamation, and coronial inquests) and since 2020, have also advised clients in sensitive claims. I have extensive experience in complex litigation in NSW, the ACT and SA. I have defended matters in the High Court of Australia as well as state and federal courts on behalf of a variety of clients including Government Department and Agencies; local councils; labour hire companies and head contractors on multi-million dollar construction sites; sporting organisations and fitness centres (including acting for a boutique sports insurer); not for profit organisations; licensed clubs and hoteliers; security contractors; commercial cleaners; and managing agents and owners of commercial and residential premises. I am known for my litigation expertise and am actively sought out for my technical advice on complex and novel aspects of the law.
