Theo is an associate in the trusts and private wealth practice in Guernsey. He advises a variety of private clients and fiduciaries on all aspects of Guernsey fiduciary law, including the creation and administration of offshore trusts and corporate structures. Theo also advises on Guernsey inheritance laws, the creation of wills and the administration of estates.

Theo joined Carey Olsen in 2023, having previously completed his training at another local law firm. He graduated from the University of York with Honours in Education. Theo holds a Graduate Diploma in Law (with Distinction) from The University of Law and qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales through the Solicitor's Qualifying Examinations.
