Theo is an associate in the trusts and private wealth team in Guernsey. 

Theo maintains a fused contentious and non-contentious practice for all private client and succession matters. He advises high-net-worth individuals (and their professional advisors) on the use of trust, foundation and private trust company structures for asset protection and succession planning purposes.

Theo is regularly instructed by corporate trustees and family offices in all aspects concerning Guernsey trust, foundation and pension law. This includes a broad practice of advising his clients (or resolving disputes) concerning the administration of Guernsey law trusts, including the scope and interpretation of trust powers, fiduciary duties, information and disclosure obligations, and the making of momentous decisions including significant partitioning or restructurings. He is also experienced in assisting with applications before the Royal Court under the doctrine of mistake, or for the variation and/or rectification of trust instruments.

Theo also advises on Guernsey inheritance and capacity laws, including the creation of wills and the administration of estates.
