Theresa Langley is a health care attorney in the Litigation section of the firm’s Houston office.

Theresa has experience in civil litigation with a focus on the defense of health care liability claims and also practices administrative law, representing physicians and other health care providers before their respective licensing boards. She advises health care clients on a variety of matters including compliance with laws regulating the confidentiality of health care information such as HIPAA, compliance with regulations from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid and the Office of Civil Rights, and best practices in electronic discovery. During law school, Theresa worked as a legal intern at Baylor College of Medicine, conducting legal research and writing on topics related to health care and education. Theresa successfully completed the Fullbridge Program in September 2015.
