• Albemarle Corporation - worked with Albemarle on its procurement, construction ancillary services and by-products handling arrangements for the >AUD 1 billion greenfield development of the Kemerton Lithium Hydroxide Manufacturing Plant and implementation of the plant transition to the MARBL Lithium Joint Venture with Mineral Resources Limited
• CannTrust Inc. - advised NYSE and TSX listed CannTrust on its entry investments in the Australian medicinal cannabis market, including intellectual property licensing arrangements, supply agreements and narcotic drugs regulatory compliance
• First Quantum Minerals Limited (FQM) - advised on FQM's US$340 million acquisition of the Ravensthorpe Nickel Operations from BHP Billiton and represented FQM on its long-term port services, lease and infrastructure development arrangements at Esperance Port
• Sinosteel Australia - advised Sinosteel on its offtake arrangements to acquire 1.5Mt of lithium ore from Atlas Iron Limited
• Santos WA Energy Limited - advised Santos on its strategic on-shore tenure arrangements
• Alcoa of Australia Limited - advising Alcoa on the disposal of its interest in the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline to DUET Investment Holdings Limited
• State of Western Australia - counselled on its Pilbara Rail Access Interdepartmental Committee (PRAIC) for the proposed third party rail access regime of the iron ore carrying railways of the major Pilbara iron ore producers, and the State’s development and implementation of the third party port access regime applicable to Fortescue Metals Group's Anderson Point facilities (Port Hedland)
• Co-operative Bulk Handling Limited (CBH) - acted on and drafted the port terminal Rules, ring-fencing arrangements and standard terms and conditions related to CBH's access undertakings for four port terminals at Geraldton, Kwinana, Albany and Esperance
• Fortescue Metals Group Limited (FMG) - helped FMG with its proposed offering of an entire handling service (rail, port, marketing and shipping) in respect of product from Brockman Resources' Marillana Mine
• Serco Asia Pacific - advised Serco on its role as facilities manager of the new ~AUD 2 billion Fiona Stanley Hospital and its engagement with the State of Western Australia regarding the hospital launch
• Gold Road Resources Limited (GOR) - negotiated for GOR on its exploration joint venture with Sumitomo Metal Mining Oceania Pty Ltd (a subsidiary of Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd) regarding GOR’s South Yamarna project
