I prepare and negotiate contract documents, provide advice on procurement, structuring and risk management, and assist with the ongoing management and administration of contracts.

I also act on construction disputes of all levels of size and complexity, including disputes under the Security of Payment legislation.

• Sydney Metro: Acted on the Sydney Metro City and South West project for MTR in its role as the integrator to deliver a fully integrated and operational rail project with a PPP risk profile, and the procurement of major subcontract packages.
• Sunshine Coast Council Solar Farm: Acted for the Sunshine Coast Council on the procurement of a contractor to design, build, operate and maintain of a $50M utility scale solar farm at Valdora.
• Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone: Acted for operator contractor in a joint venture bid for the delivery and operation of the Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone project.
• Melbourne Airport Rail Link: Acted for Rail Projects Victoria on all aspects of the Melbourne Airport Rail Link, a project being delivered across packages using a range of contracting models, including incentive target cost, alliancing and managing contractor models.
• Brisbane Metro: Acted for the Department of Transport and Main Rods in relation to the preparation and negotiation of agreements with the Brisbane City Council for the delivery of the Brisbane Metro bus project.
• VicRoads Metropolitan Road Maintenance Services: Acted for VicRoads in the procurement of long term road maintenance contracts on the Melbourne metropolitan road network.
• Moderna Vaccine Manufacturing Facility: Acted for Moderna in the procurement of a Vaccine Manufacturing Facility at Monash University.
• Visy Glass Recycling Plant: Prepared bespoke Engineer, Procure and Construct Contract for the redevelopment of a glass recycling plant at Laverton.
• PTV Velocity Trains: Advised Public Transport Victoria in relation to the procurement of additional Velocity Trains (regional network) as part of the Victorian Government's rolling stock procurement strategy.
• Mortlake South Wind Farm: Acted for Acciona on the preparation and negotiation of the Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreement for the Mortlake South Wind Farm project.
• Derwent Entertainment Centre: Acted for the developer for the Derwent Entertainment Centre Redevelopment Project in Hobart.
• Munna Point Bridge Project: Prepared tender documentation and a bespoke design and construct contract for the rehabilitation of the Munna Point Bridge at Noosa Heads.
