I specialise in both regulated and unregulated mergers and acquisitions, with particular expertise in trade sales and acquisitions, takeovers and schemes of arrangement. Additionally, I advise on complex joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, including corporate governance issues.

• Advised SMEC Holdings Limited on a $451 million acquisition by Surbana Jurong Private Limited by scheme of arrangement
• Citadel Resource Group Limited – counselled the Australian Securities Exchange–listed company on the recommended $1.25 billion cash and script takeover offer from Canadian copper producer Equinox Minerals Limited
• Tandou Limited – advised on an off-market takeover bid by Webster Limited, valued at approximately $120 million
• Warrnambool Cheese & Butter Factory Company Holdings Limited – assisted the manufacturer in responding to competing takeover offers from Bega Cheese (hostile), Saputo (recommended) and Murray Goulburn (unsolicited)
