Tim Rodriguez is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group with experience across litigation, from the pleadings to the appeal.

Tim’s experience spans several subject matters, including class actions, mass torts, healthcare, and criminal law. His focus is communicating effectively on behalf of his clients, whether that be dispositive motions at the trial court, appellate briefing, or an amicus brief before the Supreme Court. While his efforts are often in federal court, Tim has experience in state court litigation as well.

Consistent with Bradley’s commitment to pro bono work, Tim has thrown himself into providing legal services for those who deserve zealous representation regardless of their resources. Notably, the Sixth Circuit appointed Tim to represent an inmate in an appeal of his sentence. He handled the entire appeal, including briefing and arguing the case before the Sixth Circuit.

Prior to joining Bradley, Tim clerked for the Hon. John B. Nalbandian of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Before his clerkship, Tim was a counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee. In that role, he advised two committee chairmen on judicial, executive branch, and other nominations under the committee’s jurisdiction.

Tim has a J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, where he was chief justice and a board member of the Moot Court Board. He also has a B.A. (cum laude) in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Missouri.
