Tom has over fifteen years’ professional services experience, working principally to assist global and domestic businesses intending to set-up in new jurisdictions and outsource current activities. Tom works with his clients to find solutions with company secretarial, payroll, bookkeeping and employee share plan management in Australia.

At Boardroom, Tom is General Manager of the Corporate Secretarial Services team. His role entails performing strategic planning, business development, and management of key partnerships. Boardroom is Australia’s largest provider of company secretarial services, with staff appointed to 70+ listed companies and hundreds of private business.

Tom works closely with foreign companies entering the Australian marketplace from overseas jurisdictions seeking to set-up companies and outsource essential back-office services to local experts at Boardroom.

Tom acts as Company Secretary to ASX listed, unlisted and private companies in Australia in numerous industry sectors. He is a Chartered Company Secretary, Fellow of ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a Law degree with Honours and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
