Profile
As an associate on the firm’s structured finance and securitization team, Tom assists clients in connection with financing of mortgage loans and mortgage-backed securities, mortgage servicing rights and other portfolios.
He represents lenders, borrowers, underwriters and issuers in a variety of corporate finance transactions. Tom aims to provide quality client support and courteous service.
Tom is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and, in addition to his military service, is a retired law enforcement officer and has served as a deputy sheriff, special agent and master police officer with both state and local police agencies.
Experience
- Represents servicers and lenders in connection with servicing portfolio acquisitions and the structuring of related servicer advance financing facilities.
- Represents financial institutions in mortgage repurchase facilities and asset-backed securitizations.
- Represents Ginnie Mae in connection with its Multiclass Securities Program and Mortgage-Backed Securities Program.
- Actively participates in the firm’s Veterans Pro Bono program by assisting veterans seeking to obtain benefits or change their military records.
