Profile
Tom is an associate in Carey Olsen's dispute resolution team in the Cayman Islands. He advises on all aspects of commercial and financial services litigation, as well as on cross-border insolvency and contentious regulatory disputes. Tom has appeared before the Courts in several jurisdictions and specialises in cases involving professional negligence, shareholder appraisals, asset recovery and white-collar crime.

Professional Career
Tom obtained an LLB with First Class Honours from the University of Victoria, Wellington. He is an admitted barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and is a practicing Cayman Islands attorney.
Prior to Joining Carey Olsen in 2022, Tom spent five years at two of New Zealand's largest law firms, practicing as a commercial litigator and criminal prosecutor.
