Tomoko Rong, PhD, is a registered patent agent whose practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of domestic, international and foreign patent applications. Dr. Rong works with a variety of technology clients, including those in the mechanical, chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnological and materials science arts. She holds a PhD in materials science and engineering.
Dr. Rong has worked in intellectual property, both in the USA and Japan. She also previously worked in Japan for a large multinational pharmaceutical and chemical company as a chief researcher for lithium-ion secondary batteries.
Dr. Rong is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
