Toni Beasley, Director of Records for the firm, has over 25 years of law firm experience.

Toni’s legal career has included broad management responsibilities in key areas, including attorney and staff recruiting, human resources, information technology and records; always with a focus on client service. 

In her role as Director of Records, Toni works closely with the firm’s Executive Director, Office of the General Counsel and the Information Technology Department to develop and implement strategies and policies for the governance of client and firm records, both electronic and physical. She enjoys collaborating and working with all members of the firm to provide solutions to managing, accessing, preserving and applying retention to the firm’s growing amount of information.

In addition to her education at the University of Illinois, Toni is also a Certified Legal Manager. She is an active member of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators and the Association for Information and Image Management. She is also a member of the Association of Legal Administrators where she served on their international Board of Directors.
