Tony is an Executive at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.

Tony is an astute corporate lawyer specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A) (buy/sell side), takeovers, corporate restructuring and re-organisations, corporate finance and private equity.

Tony has a strong corporate commercial legal acumen, bringing a solid track record of working on and executing various public and private M&A transactions and other commercial driven legal projects, including having acted for a number of public (listed and unlisted) companies and private companies, both local and offshore.  In the private equity sphere, Tony has deep expertise in all aspects of private equity, including legal due diligence in anticipation of acquisitions by PE funds of portfolio companies, portfolio and investment structuring, regulatory approvals, management incentives, recapitalisations following on altered investment horizons or other changed circumstances, disposal of portfolio companies, IPO’s and other exit strategies.

Tony is known for his technical skills, client-focused commercial approach and his ability to lead large and complex M&A and private equity transactions (both buy/sell side).

Tony has successfully advised a number of public and private companies as well as private equity funds on significant strategic transactions that spans a broad range of sectors, including, consumer, agribusiness, mining, mining services, financial services, industrial and manufacturing.
