Profile
Tumi Modubu is an Executive at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice. She specialises in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Tumi has acted for listed and unlisted clients in a variety of industries, including the municipalities, media, mining and oil and gas industries.
Tumi’s experiences includes advising multinational clients on all aspects of dispute resolution and arbitration, as well as on administrative law and constitutional law litigation; housing, regulatory, municipal and government matters; and tax dispute resolution.
Her experience further includes advising on franchising matters, as well as advising media companies on all aspects of media dispute resolution; print, broadcasting and electronic media law, including defamation, privacy, copyright, data protection; and licensing regulation disputes and litigation. Tumi has also advised on mining and oil and gas projects.
