Tusani specialises in business transactions, business agreements and commercial property.

His experience includes, but is not limited to, advising on sale and subscription of shares, disposal of a business as a going concern, company restructures and drafting of various arms-length agreements.

In addition, Tusani is also experienced in banking and finance transactions and has advised clients in the asset management, mining, pharmaceutical, industrial, financing, long term insurance, short term insurance, commercial property and private equity sectors and/or industries.
