Vahan Khodanian is an Attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the Commercial Finance Practice Group.

Mr. Khodanian focuses his practice on representing banks, commercial finance companies, funds, other institutional investors, and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending, equipment leasing and financing, and other commercial and corporate finance transactions.

He has extensive experience structuring, negotiating, documenting, and enforcing secured creditor remedies in a wide range of financing transactions including subscription line facilities, commercial solar financing, acquisition financing, working capital financing, cash-flow and asset based credit facilities and unsecured credit facilities. He also has considerable experience representing agents and co-lenders in syndicated loan transactions and in negotiating and documenting various inter-creditor relationships.

Mr. Khodanian was named “One to Watch” in Banking and Finance Law by Best Lawyers from 2022- 2025.
