Vaishali specialises in banking and finance transactions, acting on a variety of fund finance, real estate finance and structured finance matters. Her recent experience includes advising various funds and financial institutions on on subscription line, GP and NAV facilities, as well as financial restructurings. Complementing this, Vaishali also acts for a number of private equity funds on fund raising, regulatory and investment structuring mandates, as well as undertaking general corporate matters.

Vaishali trained at Clifford Chance in London and Dubai, qualifying as an English solicitor in the Projects and Finance Group in the firm's Dubai office in 2012, before moving into the general Banking and Finance team in the firm's London office in 2014. While at Clifford Chance, she focused on a variety of banking transactions including acquisition finance, structured finance and funds financing. This included a secondment to the RBS Markets and International Banking legal team in 2015.
