Profile
Vera Komarova is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Restructuring and Insolvency Practices at ALRUD Law Firm.
Vera has extensive experience of representing our clients in the arbitrazh courts, courts of general jurisdiction and arbitral tribunals, on a wide range of matters, including: commercial disputes, corporate disputes, real estate disputes, defamatory cases and disputes connected with enforcement proceedings.
Vera is also engaged in insolvency issues, requiring overall supervision over the bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in separate disputes involving the subsidiary liability of the debtor’s controlling persons, on challenging the debtor’s transactions and on inclusion of claims into the creditors’ register.
Vera joined ALRUD’s team in 2018.
Vera obtained a Law Degree with Honors at Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Master of Laws at the Higher School of Economics.
Vera is a member of the International Bar Association (the IBA).
