Vikki’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation and international arbitration.

Vikki represents clients in all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration on a range of matters, including business litigation claims and investment treaty violations, before domestic courts and international tribunals.

• Experience with a variety of business litigation claims, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, tortious interference with contractual relations, and enforcement of arbitration awards.
• Successfully represented Fortune 50 company as plaintiff in breach of contract and breach of warranty action in federal court.
• Represented national luxury hotel chain in tortious interference action in state court.
• Successfully enforced arbitration award for a computer software product and consulting company in state court.
• Successfully represented sovereign nation in securing an award from the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
• Represented foreign government-owned utility in an international arbitration before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
• Participated in representation of large national retailer in state corporate income tax dispute.
