Profile

Hunter Webb is an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group, where he represents general contractors, subcontractors, and owners related to the various issues that arise during the construction process. With a focus on both transactional and litigation aspects of construction law, Hunter has developed a keen understanding of the complexities involved in construction contracts, project management, and dispute resolution.

Hunter’s unique background in engineering enhances his ability to comprehend the technical intricacies of construction projects. This technical knowledge, combined with his analytical skills and commitment to client service, enables him to bridge the gap between legal and engineering perspectives and makes him a valuable asset in handling a variety of construction-related legal matters.

Hunter routinely drafts and negotiates complex construction contracts, including EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) contracts, design-build agreements, and subcontractor agreements. His engineering background allows him to identify potential risks and ensure that technical specifications are accurately reflected in the contractual terms.

His litigation experience also includes disputes involving differing site conditions, construction defects, project delays, contract termination, and lien and bond claims. He has experience preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as conducting depositions and managing discovery. Hunter plays a key role in resolving construction disputes in both arbitration and litigation.

Prior to joining Bradley, Hunter earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering (summa cum laude) from Auburn University.
