Mr. Quan specializes in FinTech, financial regulatory compliance, and personal financial information protection. In the area of FinTech, Mr. Quan advises FinTech companies and financial institutions on designing financial products in relation to consumer finance, supply chain finance, payment services, drafting legal documents, and applying for financial licenses. He has participated in numerous equity and asset merger and acquisition deals and initial public offerings of FinTech companies. In the area of financial regulatory compliance, Mr. Quan advises financial institutions (e.g., commercial banks, consumer finance companies, third-party payment institutions, and fund sales companies) on general regulatory issues, formulation of internal policies, and communications with regulatory authorities. In the area of personal financial information protection, Mr. Quan advises FinTech companies and financial institutions on compliance issues relating to personal financial information protection, designing of financial products, formulation of internal policies, and implementing personal information impact assessments.
