Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. He was practicing at Hylands Law Firm for four years. Ms. He also worked as an in-house legal counsel for the Intellectual Property and Standards Department of Philips Investment (China) Co., Ltd. for over three years. Before joining Philips Investment (China) Co., Ltd., she worked for a Philips JV in Shenzhen, Shenzhen Sangfei Consumer Communication Co., Ltd. and SGS-CSTC Standard Technology Services Co., Ltd.
Ms. He specializes in contentious, non-contentious and transactional intellectual property issues in China, including strategic protection of IP portfolios, prosecution, administrative and civil enforcement of IP rights, IP licensing and technology transfer, Customs IP protection and border detention, brand protection and anti-counterfeiting, un-fair competition, domain name disputes, etc. She also handles due diligence related to the acquisition of intellectual property assets and negotiates agreements involving the transfer, use, and license of intellectual property, R&D collaboration, confidentiality, consulting, franchising, etc. Ms. He has solid experience in corporate, commercial and contract, foreign direct investment, disputes resolution as well. Ms. He was trained by a first rank global IP department and has advised many leading international companies on the registration, management and enforcement of their intellectual property in China.
