Mr. Huang is a partner at Han Kun Law Offices in Shanghai. Mr. Huang specializes in handling labor law matters. He also has a solid background in general corporate matters, as well as in commercial and maritime civil litigation.
Mr. Huang provides a wide range of legal services in his labor law practice, including employment terminations, non-competition matters, commercial trade secrets protection, wage and stock incentive plans, layoffs, internal compliance investigations, establishment of trade unions, strike settlements and commercial bribery.
