Ms. Feng specializes in incorporation and corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investment, and general corporate matters. She has represented many Chinese and international companies in diverse industries such as the Internet, telecommunications, information technology, e-commerce, and artificial intelligence. Ms. Feng has broad experience in PRC industrial policies, corporate structuring, and investment. Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Feng worked for many years with Baidu, where she gained valuable corporate legal service experience.

Ms. Feng received her LL.B. and B.A. degrees from China University of Political Science and Law in 2011, and an LL.M. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2013.
