Wesley J. Felice is an Attorney in Buchalter’s Salt Lake City office and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice group. He focuses his practice on real estate development, joint venture organization, municipal land use, commercial leasing, and real estate finance.

Mr. Felice’s experience and education span both the legal and practical side of real estate as he worked as a contracts manager in property management before receiving his Master’s in Real Estate Development. His unique perspective has allowed him the opportunity to represent clients from many different sides of real estate and he works diligently to ensure that each is well represented.
